Cancellation policies
We have established a detailed cancellation policy to ensure a hassle-free experience and provide
flexibility. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your
reservation:
Cancellations must be made in writing or through our online system.
Reservations are non-transferable and the cancellation policy applies only to the reservation holder.
In exceptional situations, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, please contact our team to
explore alternative solutions.
Non-refundable rates
Non-refundable rates CANNOT BE CANCELED OR MODIFIED in any way.
Flexible rates
Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival. Starting from day 30, if we don´t have any payment
or deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated. If the
reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and book again, considering the availability
and rate at that time, and the full payment to confirm.
Cancellation from 0 to 30 days prior to arrival, No Show or any modification, will apply a penalty for
100% of stay.

Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. Starting from day15, if we don´t have any payment or
deposit the reservation will be automatically canceled without the option to be reactivated. If the
reservation is still needed, it will be necessary to quote and book again, considering the availability
and rate at that time, as well as the full payment to confirm.
Cancellation from 0 to 15 days prior to arrival, No Show or any modification, will apply a penalty for
50% of stay.
